• Most non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• Items must be in new condition

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized items (including printed, embroidered, engraved products)

• Items showing signs of wear or use

• Items without original packaging

• Requests made after 30 days from delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
